Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify leads through multi-channel outreach (phone, email, LinkedIn)
- Build relationships with key decision-makers in assigned territories
- Present product solutions and close deals with exceptional negotiation skills
- Exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining high conversion rates
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies
- Document activities in CRM and provide detailed performance reports
- Participate in weekend shifts (Fri-Sun) with flexible scheduling options
Qualifications
- 2+ years inside sales experience with demonstrated quota achievement
- Proven track record of uncapped commission success
- Expertise in CRM platforms (Salesforce/HubSpot preferred)
- Exceptional communication and persuasive abilities
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making

- Weekend availability is mandatory for this role
