Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify leads through targeted phone, email, and digital outreach
- Present solutions and close deals with B2B clients across multiple industries
- Exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining 90%+ client satisfaction
- Utilize CRM systems to track sales pipelines and generate detailed reports
- Collaborate with marketing team to optimize lead generation strategies
- Participate in weekly training sessions to refine sales techniques
- Adhere strictly to compliance protocols in all client interactions
Qualifications
- 2+ years inside sales or B2B experience with proven track record
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to build rapport remotely
- Proficiency in Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent CRM platforms
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to overcome objections
- Self-motivated with demonstrated ability to work independently
- Availability to work 8 PM - 5 AM EST (Monday-Friday)
