Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify new leads through cold calling, emailing, and social media outreach.
- Present product demonstrations and effectively handle objections to secure new business.
- Manage a daily sales pipeline using CRM software to track progress and forecast revenue.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine outreach strategies and messaging.
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Build long-term relationships with clients to ensure retention and upsell opportunities.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in inside sales or customer service roles (entry-level candidates with strong communication skills are welcome).
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a hunger for success.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus but not required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- High school diploma or GED required.
