Responsibilities
- Generate qualified leads through targeted outbound calls, emails, and digital prospecting
- Build and maintain strong client relationships using Salesforce CRM
- Present product solutions and close deals with B2B clients across California
- Exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining 95%+ CRM data accuracy
- Collaborate with marketing team to optimize lead conversion strategies
- Attend weekly virtual team meetings for performance reviews and training
- Track KPIs including call volume, conversion rates, and revenue generation
Qualifications
- 2+ years of B2B inside sales experience with documented success
- Proficiency in Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM platforms
- Strong negotiation skills with demonstrated ability to close deals
- Excellent verbal/written communication and active listening abilities
- Self-motivated with proven track record meeting/exceeding quotas
- Ability to work independently while collaborating in team environment
- Willingness to work flexible weekend schedule (Sat/Sun 8am-5pm)
