Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through targeted outreach via phone, email, and CRM systems
- Build and maintain strong client relationships while understanding their business needs
- Present product solutions and close deals with exceptional negotiation skills
- Exceed monthly sales targets with uncapped commission incentives
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies
- Utilize Salesforce CRM to track activities and pipeline accurately
- Participate in weekend shift operations (Sat/Sun 8AM-4PM PST)
Qualifications
- 3+ years inside sales experience with track record of meeting/exceeding quotas
- Proven success in commission-based sales environments
- Proficiency with Salesforce and modern sales engagement tools

- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts with minimal supervision
