Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through targeted outbound calling and email campaigns
- Build strong client relationships and close sales in B2B technology sector
- Exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining CRM data accuracy
- Collaborate with marketing team to optimize sales funnel strategies
- Track performance metrics and provide weekly sales reports
- Attend product training sessions to maintain technical expertise
- Support team initiatives during night shift operations (10 PM - 6 AM MST)
Qualifications
- 1+ years inside sales experience with proven track record
- Strong communication skills with ability to handle objections
- Proficiency in Salesforce or CRM platforms
- Availability for full-time night shift schedule
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Self-motivated with entrepreneurial mindset
- Experience in SaaS or tech sales highly valued
- Authorized to work in the United States
