Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting calls and emails to generate new business leads.
- Identify and qualify potential clients, understanding their pain points and needs.
- Present product demonstrations and effectively handle objections to close deals.
- Manage and maintain a robust pipeline within the Salesforce CRM system.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine outreach strategies and campaigns.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales quota targets.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure high retention rates and client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in inside sales, B2B sales, or customer acquisition.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or Pipedrive) is a plus.
- Self-motivated with a hunger for commission-based income.
- High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing preferred.
