Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through inbound/outbound calls, emails, and CRM tools
- Present product solutions to B2B clients with compelling value propositions
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies
- Maintain accurate client records and pipeline data in Salesforce
- Participate in daily sales huddles and continuous training sessions
Qualifications
- 2+ years of B2B inside sales experience with proven track record
- Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making
