Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and digital outreach
- Present tailored solutions to prospects via personalized demos and consultations
- Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout the sales lifecycle
- Collaborate with marketing teams to optimize lead conversion strategies
- Exceed monthly KPIs while maintaining high customer satisfaction scores
- Leverage Salesforce CRM to track activities and forecast accurately
- Participate in ongoing product and sales technique training
Qualifications
- 1+ years of inside sales experience with B2B SaaS or tech products
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot preferred)
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
- Strong time management and organizational abilities
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
