Responsibilities
- Generate qualified leads through cold outreach, email campaigns, and social media
- Present SaaS solutions to California-based prospects via video conferencing
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with $5K-$50K average deal size
- Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline metrics
- Collaborate with marketing team to optimize lead generation
- Exceed monthly sales targets through strategic account management
- Participate in daily sales huddles and quarterly training sessions
Qualifications
- 2+ years inside sales experience with B2B technology sales
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding quotas
- Proficiency with Salesforce and HubSpot CRM
- Strong presentation skills via Zoom/Teams
- Ability to work independently in fast-paced environment
- Authorized to work in United States without sponsorship
- Associate degree or equivalent sales certification
