Responsibilities
- Proactively contact potential clients via phone and email to generate new sales leads and expand our customer base.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial outreach and qualification to closing the deal and account onboarding.
- Present product and service offerings to prospective customers, clearly articulating value propositions and addressing objections.
- Collaborate with marketing and fulfillment teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and high retention rates.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions, calls, and sales data in the CRM system.
- Consistently meet and exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales quotas.
- Provide feedback to management on market trends and customer needs to help refine sales strategies.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in inside sales, telesales, or B2B sales environments.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and close deals over the phone.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to work independently during the weekend shift.
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho) is highly preferred.
- A track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Business or related field is a plus.
