Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and engage potential clients through outbound calling and email campaigns.
- Demonstrate our premium solutions to prospective customers and tailor pitches to their specific needs.
- Manage a daily schedule of calls and meetings to meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine lead generation strategies.
- Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system (Salesforce/HubSpot).
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to drive revenue growth.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in Inside Sales or B2B sales (BDR/SDR experience preferred).
- Strong communication skills with a focus on active listening and rapport building.
- Proficiency with CRM software and sales enablement tools.
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of hitting or exceeding quotas.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and handle rejection.
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
