Responsibilities
- Generate high-quality leads through outbound calling and email campaigns targeting local businesses in the Seattle area.
- Conduct needs assessments and present tailored solutions to prospective clients effectively.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from initial contact to closing deals and onboarding new clients.
- Utilize CRM software (Salesforce/HubSpot) to track activity, update records, and analyze performance metrics.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine messaging and improve lead conversion rates.
- Participate in nightly team huddles to align on targets and share success stories.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in Inside Sales, B2B Sales, or Lead Generation.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and overcome objections.
- Proficiency with CRM platforms and sales enablement tools.
- Self-motivated and disciplined with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas.
- Ability to work independently during night shifts while maintaining high energy levels.
- Willingness to work from home (California remote option available).
