Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify 50+ leads daily via phone, email, and LinkedIn
- Present tailored solutions using our proprietary sales framework
- Close 5-7 new business deals monthly exceeding $25K in value
- Update Salesforce CRM with 100% activity accuracy daily
- Collaborate with marketing team to optimize lead generation campaigns
- Attend weekly product knowledge and sales strategy workshops
- Exceed monthly KPIs for call volume, pipeline generation, and conversion rates
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (degree preferred)
- No prior sales experience required – we train from ground zero
- Exceptional verbal communication and active listening skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Type 40+ WPM with strong attention to detail
- Resilient mindset to handle 50+ daily outbound calls
- Valid driver's license for occasional client site visits
- Authorization to work in the United States
