Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify leads via phone, email, and CRM tools
- Develop customized solutions to address client needs
- Exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs
- Collaborate with marketing and field sales teams
- Maintain accurate CRM records and sales pipeline
- Attend weekly training sessions on product knowledge
- Participate in quarterly incentive trips
Qualifications
- 3+ years B2B inside sales experience
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding quotas
- Proficiency with Salesforce and HubSpot CRM
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced target-driven environment
- Experience in SaaS or technology sales preferred
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
