Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting calls to generate new leads.
- Identify and qualify potential clients to determine their needs and budget.
- Present our products and services in a professional, persuasive manner.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with customers to ensure retention.
- Close sales and manage the entire sales cycle from lead to close.
- Enter accurate data into our CRM system to track progress.

Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in Inside Sales, Customer Service, or Telemarketing.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Must be willing to work in the Charlotte, NC area.
