Responsibilities
- Proactively prospect and qualify new business leads within the Indianapolis territory.
- Conduct face-to-face meetings and product demonstrations to showcase our solutions.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to contract signing.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with marketing to develop targeted sales strategies and campaigns.
- Accurately forecast sales activity and maintain detailed CRM records.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in outside sales or B2B sales.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for regional travel.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is preferred.
