Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify new business leads through multi-channel outreach (phone, email, LinkedIn)
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through consultative selling techniques
- Exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining 95%+ activity benchmarks
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to optimize sales strategies
- Utilize Salesforce CRM to track pipeline and forecast revenue accurately
- Present product demonstrations and value propositions to C-level decision-makers
- Conduct competitive analysis to identify market opportunities
Qualifications
- 3+ years of B2B inside sales experience with track record of meeting/exceeding quotas
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and sales automation tools
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex solutions
- Self-motivated with demonstrated ability to work independently in remote/hybrid settings
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Experience in SaaS or technology sales highly preferred
- Valid California driver's license for occasional client meetings
