Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through personalized product recommendations and consultative selling
- Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales quotas through upselling and cross-selling strategies
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals
- Collaborate with visual merchandising team to optimize product displays and promotions
- Track sales data and inventory using CRM systems to identify growth opportunities
- Participate in product training sessions to master new launches and features
- Contribute to store operations including inventory management and visual standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of proven sales experience in retail or B2B environments
- Strong negotiation and closing skills with documented quota achievement
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities with diverse clientele
- Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office Suite
- Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
