Responsibilities
- Generate qualified leads and close sales through inbound/outbound calls, emails, and CRM follow-ups
- Exceed monthly revenue targets by 15%+ using data-driven sales strategies
- Build and maintain client relationships through consultative selling approaches
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine outreach campaigns
- Utilize Salesforce.com to track opportunities and forecast performance
- Participate in weekly sales training and competitive analysis sessions
- Maintain 95%+ call/email activity metrics during night shift hours
Qualifications
- 3+ years inside sales experience with SaaS or technology products
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex value propositions
- Proficient in Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM platforms
- Available to work 11 PM - 7 AM EST (Monday-Friday)
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Ability to thrive in remote/night-shift environment with self-discipline
- Experience with discovery questioning and objection handling techniques
