Responsibilities
- Execute outbound sales calls to qualified leads across North America during night shift hours (10 PM - 6 AM CST)
- Build rapport and close deals via consultative selling techniques using Salesforce and ZoomInfo platforms
- Exceed monthly/quarterly revenue targets while maintaining 85%+ call quality metrics
- Collaborate with day shift teams for seamless lead handoffs and strategy alignment
- Document all client interactions and sales activities in CRM with 100% accuracy
- Participate in weekly training sessions to refine product knowledge and objection-handling skills
- Analyze sales data to identify upsell opportunities and optimize conversion rates
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years B2B inside sales experience with proven track record of meeting/exceeding quotas
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex solutions clearly
- Comfortable working night shift schedule (10 PM - 6 AM CST) with reliable transportation
- Proficient in CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and sales automation tools
- Self-motivated with demonstrated ability to work independently in remote environments
- Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting sales metrics and KPIs
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for occasional in-person team meetings
