Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify leads through strategic cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach
- Manage full sales pipeline using Salesforce CRM, tracking KPIs and conversion metrics
- Present tailored product demonstrations to enterprise clients across North America
- Collaborate with marketing team to refine lead generation strategies and messaging
- Exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining 95%+ customer satisfaction scores
- Participate in daily sales huddles and quarterly incentive trips
- Document client interactions and maintain accurate CRM records
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 0-2 years sales/customer service experience; recent graduates encouraged
- Exceptional verbal/written communication with persuasive presentation skills
- Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) and MS Office Suite
- Results-driven mindset with demonstrated ability to meet/exceed goals
