Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume outbound calling and email campaigns to generate qualified leads.
- Manage and nurture a pipeline of prospects using Salesforce CRM.
- Conduct needs analysis calls to understand client requirements and propose tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine outreach strategies and messaging.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and quotas.
- Document all interactions and sales activities accurately in the CRM.
- Participate in daily sales training and team huddles to optimize performance.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of proven experience in B2B Inside Sales or Account Management.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate value propositions clearly.
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or Pipedrive is a plus).
- Highly motivated self-starter with a proven track record of meeting sales goals.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
