Responsibilities
- Execute outbound sales calls to qualified leads across North America during night shift hours (10 PM - 6 AM MST)
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships through consultative selling techniques
- Exceed monthly sales quotas while documenting activities in Salesforce CRM
- Collaborate with day-shift teams for seamless handoffs and lead continuity
- Analyze market trends to identify new revenue opportunities
- Present product demonstrations tailored to client needs
- Meet KPIs for conversion rates, call volume, and deal size
Qualifications
- 2+ years of proven inside sales experience with measurable quota achievement
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to thrive in night shift environment
