- Maintain detailed client records and pipeline documentation in Salesforce
- Participate in ongoing training to master product knowledge and sales techniques
Qualifications
- 2+ years of B2B inside sales experience with proven track record
- Strong proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
- Excellent verbal/written communication and active listening skills
- Ability to work independently during evening shifts (2 PM - 10 PM EST)
- Goal-oriented mindset with demonstrated closing ability
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and sales automation tools
