Responsibilities
- Generate qualified leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach
- Present tailored product demonstrations to enterprise decision-makers
- Exceed monthly sales quotas while maintaining 95% CRM accuracy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategic account plans
- Utilize Salesforce and Outreach.io to track sales pipeline and activity
- Participate in weekly training sessions to refine sales techniques
- Represent RevenueMax at virtual industry events and webinars
Qualifications
- 2+ years of B2B inside sales experience required
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Expertise in CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently during night shift hours (7 PM - 4 AM CT)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and sales automation tools
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
