Responsibilities
- Generate qualified leads and close sales through phone, email, and virtual demos
- Manage CRM pipeline with precision, exceeding monthly KPIs
- Develop deep product expertise to consult clients on customized solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experience
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities in Pacific Northwest
- Maintain 100% CRM compliance and detailed activity reporting
- Participate in weekly strategy sessions to refine sales approaches
Qualifications
- 3+ years inside sales experience with demonstrated quota achievement
- Expertise in Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM platforms
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to build rapport remotely
- Proven track record in B2B SaaS or technology sales
- Self-motivated with ability to thrive in autonomous work environment
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making
- Available for consistent night shift schedule (10 PM - 6 AM PT)
