Responsibilities
- Execute outbound sales calls to generate new business opportunities
- Qualify leads using CRM systems and data analysis tools
- Present product solutions to prospective clients via phone/video
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop targeted outreach campaigns
- Exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining high conversion rates
- Document customer interactions and sales activities in Salesforce
- Participate in ongoing product training and sales strategy sessions
Qualifications
- 2+ years of inside sales or outbound calling experience
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills
- Ability to work independently during night shift hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Strong negotiation and objection-handling abilities
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
