Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume outbound prospecting calls and emails to generate new business opportunities.
- Qualify incoming leads and assess prospect needs to match them with our premium solutions.
- Present product demos and effectively handle objections to drive conversions.
- Manage a robust pipeline within Salesforce/HubSpot, ensuring accurate data entry and forecasting.
- Collaborate with marketing and customer success teams to optimize lead quality and retention.
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of proven experience in inside sales, B2B sales, or lead generation.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills with a persuasive demeanor.
- Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or Pipedrive) is highly preferred.
- Strong work ethic, resilience, and the ability to work in a commission-based environment.
- Reliable high-speed internet and a dedicated home office setup.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screen.
