Responsibilities
- Develop 2026+ strategic foresight frameworks using horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping future-facing solutions for AI ethics, climate tech, and human augmentation
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish partnerships with research institutions and think tanks for emerging technology validation
- Create annual Future Impact Reports translating foresight into actionable business strategies
- Mentor junior futurists and design thinking specialists
- Represent InnovateX at global forums on technological ethics and sustainable futures
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging technology strategy
- Proven track record developing long-term roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in AI governance, climate resilience planning, or human-computer interaction
- Strong proficiency in futures methodologies (Delphi, STEEP analysis, causal layered analysis)
- PhD or Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level experience
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology ethics
