Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026 strategic foresight frameworks using horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future opportunities and risks
- Produce high-impact deliverables: trend reports, scenario narratives, and innovation roadmaps
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-state solutions and business models
- Establish and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Translate complex future insights into compelling narratives for executive decision-making
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership
- Proven expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech) and societal megatrends
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to distill complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, or related field preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating 2026+ foresight projects or published future scenarios
- Certification in foresight methodology (e.g., CFS, CFTE) strongly preferred
