Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for global markets and industry ecosystems
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to integrate future-focused insights into corporate strategy
- Produce annual '2026 Vision' reports with actionable recommendations for R&D and product development
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Design and facilitate innovation workshops for cross-functional teams
- Monitor and evaluate strategic initiatives against future-state benchmarks
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Strategic Planning, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven track record of developing and implementing 5+ year strategic roadmaps
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and systems thinking
- Exceptional data synthesis and storytelling abilities for executive audiences
- Deep knowledge of AI, biotech, climate tech, and geopolitical trends
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFSD) or equivalent
- Experience leading high-impact teams in fast-paced environments
