Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 technology roadmaps and scenario-planning frameworks for enterprise clients
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum computing, neurotech, synthetic biology) for strategic relevance
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-state visioning
- Author thought leadership papers on societal impact of disruptive technologies
- Design resilience strategies for AI ethics, climate adaptation, and workforce transformation
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-gen human-machine interfaces
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech leadership
- Expertise in scenario planning and technology impact assessment methodologies
- Proven track record advising C-suite on future-proofing strategies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology ethics
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent
- Experience with Horizon Scanning and Delphi techniques
