Responsibilities
- Develop 2026+ strategic foresight frameworks using AI-driven trend analysis and scenario modeling
- Lead cross-functional teams in executing futuristic initiatives across quantum computing, biotech, and metaverse ecosystems
- Produce quarterly 'Horizon Reports' identifying emerging risks and opportunities for C-suite stakeholders
- Architect ethical innovation guidelines for autonomous systems and human-AI collaboration
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-gen solutions in our incubation labs
- Present strategic blueprints to investors and board members securing $50M+ annual innovation budget
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Foresight, Strategic Planning, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight or innovation consulting with Fortune 500 clients
- Expertise in emerging tech: quantum computing, synthetic biology, spatial computing
- Proven track record of translating future trends into market-ready products/services
- Strong data visualization skills with proficiency in Tableau/Power BI
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry whitepapers
- Experience securing government innovation grants (SBIR/STTR)
