Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 global innovation strategy using horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional workshops with R&D, product, and engineering teams to embed foresight into product roadmaps
- Develop predictive models for emerging technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI) and their market impacts
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions, governments, and venture capital for early-stage tech scouting
- Produce quarterly Future Briefings for the board and C-suite with actionable insights on disruptive shifts
- Design and launch an internal 'Futures Lab' to cultivate exponential thinking across the organization
- Represent Innovatech at global forums (World Economic Forum, Techonomy) as a thought leader on 2026+ trends
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, futures research, or corporate innovation with proven impact on multi-year roadmaps
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent with certification from recognized foresight institutes
- Portfolio demonstrating successful trend prediction and scenario planning for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in exponential technologies (blockchain, AI, quantum computing) and their societal implications
- Exceptional storytelling skills with ability to translate complex futures into compelling executive narratives
- Experience leading cross-cultural teams across 3+ continents with diverse stakeholder management
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or top-tier business publications (Harvard Business Review, MIT Sloan)
