Responsibilities
- Develop 2026-2030 strategic foresight frameworks using trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to co-create future-state visions with C-suite executives
- Produce actionable whitepapers on emerging technologies (quantum computing, neurotech, climate AI)
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, scientists, and industry disruptors
- Translate complex future projections into executable business strategies and innovation roadmaps
- Present strategic insights to Fortune 500 clients and government stakeholders
- Oversee the development of proprietary future-intelligence analytics platform
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future studies
- Proven track record of developing long-term strategic frameworks for Fortune 500 companies
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (AI, biotech, quantum, climate)
- Exceptional storytelling and visualization skills for complex future scenarios
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Published author or keynote speaker at global innovation forums
- Proficiency in strategic planning tools (e.g., STEEP analysis, Delphi method)
- Experience advising C-suite executives on transformational change
