Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future studies
- Proven track record of developing 5+ year strategic roadmaps for complex systems
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (Web3, AGI, biotech, climate tech)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed futures journals or top-tier business publications
- Fluency in strategic foresight methodologies (Delphi, Horizon Scanning, Causal Layered Analysis)
- Experience advising C-suite on paradigm shifts and black swan events
- Portfolio demonstrating actionable futures projects with measurable impact
