Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon-scanning research across AI, biotech, climate tech, and quantum computing
- Develop 2026 strategic scenarios and roadmaps for executive leadership
- Lead cross-functional workshops to embed future-thinking into product roadmaps
- Author trend reports and white papers published in industry journals
- Advise C-suite on emerging risks and opportunities in 5-10 year horizons
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists and domain experts
- Quantify market potential of emerging technologies through data modeling
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 5+ years in strategy consulting or corporate innovation with future-planning focus
- Published thought leadership on technological or societal megatrends
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and systems thinking
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Experience advising C-suite executives on long-term strategy
- Portfolio demonstrating impact from future-oriented initiatives
