Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, biotech, climate, etc.) to identify disruptive opportunities for 2026
- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for organizational adaptation
- Lead cross-functional workshops to embed foresight into product development
- Produce annual Future State Reports with actionable recommendations
- Collaborate with C-suite to align long-term vision with quarterly objectives
- Monitor horizon scanning technologies and predictive analytics tools
- Represent company at global futurist conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or trend analysis
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal impacts
- Exceptional data storytelling and visualization capabilities
- Experience facilitating executive workshops on transformational change
- Published thought leadership in future-focused publications
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from APF) preferred
