Responsibilities

- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align long-term vision with tactical execution
- Lead cross-functional workshops on future-proofing business operations and customer experiences
- Produce high-impact trend reports and predictive models for stakeholders

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and technology impact assessment
- Exceptional communication skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Deep knowledge of AI, quantum computing, biotech, and climate tech trajectories
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFS, WFS) or equivalent practical experience
