- Produce actionable scenario-planning models for executive decision-making
- Lead cross-functional workshops to embed future-thinking across departments
- Author thought leadership reports on industry disruption and innovation
- Advise on long-term R&D investments and market entry strategies
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems and competitor future-readiness
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership
- Expertise in emerging tech trends and their societal implications
- Proven track record of translating foresight into business strategy
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology, Business, or related field
- Exceptional communication skills for executive storytelling
- Proficiency in scenario planning tools and foresight methodologies
- Experience with AI/ML applications for trend analysis preferred
