Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis for 2026 across technology, demographics, and global markets
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for board-level decision-making

- Design innovation roadmaps with 3-5 year implementation timelines
- Deliver executive briefings on future-proofing organizational capabilities
- Establish KPIs for measuring strategic foresight effectiveness

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurology, Strategic Planning, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic planning or innovation leadership
- Proven track record of translating foresight into business outcomes
- Expertise in AI, quantum computing, or biotech trend analysis
- Exceptional scenario planning and systems thinking abilities
- Published thought leadership on future trends (required portfolio)
- Experience advising C-suite executives on strategic pivots
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from APF or WFS)
