- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026+
- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives and market evolution
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to translate foresight insights into R&D priorities and product roadmaps
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and global innovation hubs
- Present strategic foresight findings to executive leadership and board members
- Monitor geopolitical, economic, and technological signals affecting future business landscapes
- Drive organizational culture of experimentation and calculated risk-taking
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or future-focused consulting
- Proven track record of developing and executing multi-year innovation strategies
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, climate tech) and their societal implications
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing executive decision-making
- Advanced degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, Business, or related field
