- Develop and maintain a comprehensive 2026+ strategic foresight framework

- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board members
- Build and nurture an internal innovation ecosystem and future-ready talent pipeline
- Author thought leadership content and represent the company at global forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist research
- Proven track record of successfully implementing future-focused strategies
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and systems thinking
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Business Strategy, or related field
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence
