Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, biotech, climate, etc.) and map their impact on business strategy through 2026
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks to prepare for disruptive market shifts
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-ready solutions
- Deliver executive briefings on emerging technologies and their strategic implications
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry experts
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations at major forums
- Drive adoption of foresight methodologies across the organization
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership
- Proven track record of translating trend analysis into actionable business strategies
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, etc.)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with experience presenting to executive audiences
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Published thought leadership in reputable industry publications
- Experience building and managing innovation ecosystems
- Strong analytical capabilities with data-driven foresight methodologies
