Responsibilities
- Map emerging tech, societal shifts, and market disruptions to define 2026-2030 strategic horizons

- Develop innovation frameworks for integrating exponential technologies into core business models
- Present future scenarios to stakeholders with data-driven strategic recommendations
- Establish partnerships with research institutions, startups, and policy influencers
- Drive culture of foresight through internal workshops and trend intelligence systems
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy, innovation, or futurist roles with proven impact on tech roadmaps
- Expertise in forecasting methodologies (scenario planning, Delphi, horizon scanning)
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum, AR/VR)
- Published thought leadership or patents in future-focused domains
- Experience advising C-suite on long-term strategic pivots
- MBA or advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Portfolio of implemented innovations with measurable market impact
