Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026+ strategic foresight frameworks using horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional innovation initiatives from ideation to execution, ensuring alignment with business objectives
- Produce actionable reports and presentations on emerging technologies, market shifts, and societal disruptions
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and thought leaders to capture disruptive insights
- Champion a culture of innovation through workshops, mentorship, and organizational change management
- Quantify innovation ROI and communicate strategic impact to stakeholders using data-driven storytelling
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist consulting with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their societal implications
- MBA or advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field required
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable narratives
- Experience leading cross-continental teams and managing innovation budgets >$5M
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation (whitepapers, patents, or industry journals)
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis) and innovation frameworks
