- Analyze global megatrends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) to identify strategic opportunities for 2026-2030
- Develop and lead innovation sprints with R&D, product, and engineering teams
- Present future scenarios to executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish KPIs for innovation initiatives and track ROI on futuristic projects
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Lead the annual 'Horizon 2026' strategic planning retreat
- Drive cultural transformation to embed future-ready thinking across the organization
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or future-focused consulting
- Proven track record of translating trends into commercial products/strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Experience presenting to C-suite executives and influencing strategic decisions
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Strong background in emerging tech (AI, blockchain, biotech) adoption
- Exceptional communication skills for complex technical concepts
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (preferred)
