- Analyze global megatrends (AI, biotech, climate tech) to identify disruptive opportunities for 2026+ market positioning
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks and scenario-planning models for executive decision-making
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-focused products and services
- Partner with C-suite to embed foresight into corporate strategy and investment priorities
- Author thought leadership reports and keynote presentations at industry conferences
- Mentor a team of futurists and innovation specialists to cultivate next-generation talent
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or trend analysis with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and emerging technology assessment
- Exceptional storytelling skills with ability to translate complex foresight into compelling narratives
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Published thought leader in futurism journals or industry publications
- Portfolio demonstrating successful strategic initiatives launched in the past 5 years
