Responsibilities
- Develop 2026+ technology roadmaps using horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario modeling
- Lead client workshops on disruptive technologies (quantum AI, synthetic biology, neuro-interfaces)
- Produce strategic briefings on systemic risks and opportunities in decentralized economies
- Design innovation frameworks for ethical AI adoption and climate-positive business models
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype solutions for 2030 market readiness
- Present findings to C-suite executives and board members across industries
- Maintain proprietary foresight database with 200+ emerging technology signals
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology forecasting
- Proven track record of publishing trend reports or scenario planning frameworks
- Expertise in at least three emerging domains: quantum computing, climate tech, or neurotech
- Experience designing and facilitating executive foresight workshops
- Portfolio demonstrating successful 5-year predictive accuracy (>80%)
- Certification in Foresight Methodologies (e.g., CFIP preferred)
- Exceptional storytelling skills for translating complex futures into actionable strategy
